Pre-Mixed Stains
Finding the perfect stain color for your hardwood floor can be a daunting task. When you’re looking through the seemingly endless colors to choose from, consider also the species of wood you’ve chosen, the amount of light and traffic in the room, and the color and style of furniture you have. It is also very important to be sure about your stain color choice, because once the stain has been applied, the only way to change it is to re-sand and re-stain the floor.

You can choose from a wide range of color choices or just give their experts a color sample. Bellevue Floor Service will create that color, using the finest oil or water-based stains. Simple as that.
Surface Finishes
Surface finishes are durable, water-resistant coatings applied to your floor after the staining. They remain on the surface of the wood to form a protective coating.
Water-based – Clear and resistant to turning yellow over time. They are very durable.
Oil-based – Amber in color. They are very durable.
Natural oil – Can be penetrating oils or hard wax oil finishes. They penetrate the pores of the wood to achieve a durable, long-lasting finish.
Sheen
Each finish option comes in a variety of sheens. Each sheen has a different level of shine, which will impact the appearance of the floor.
Gloss
Most shine, reflects the most light.
Semi-gloss
Less shine than gloss, reflects less light than gloss
Satin
Less shine than semi-gloss, reflects less light than semi-gloss
Matte
Least shine, reflects almost no light
Invisible
Does not have any sheen. Looks as though the floor is unsealed
